- ½ cup yellow onion diced
- ¼ cup red bell pepper finely diced
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 (16 ounce) refried beans

- 1½ cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup tomatoes diced
- 4 green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9" pie dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onions and red bell peppers. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Then, mix in taco seasoning and mix until well coated.
