Hello there, we're happy you're here. We are Ryan and Shanna Allen. We started The Cooking Duo in 2021 from our home in northern Utah. As parents of four energetic kids busy with sports and after-school activities, we understand the challenge of putting a meal on the table after a long day. That's why we focus on creating quick, easy, and kid friendly recipes that work well for busy families.
Our Story
Our journey began with a simple idea: to make delicious, stress free meals that bring families together. While managing our busy routines and family life, we started sharing our kitchen experiments with you. We love to travel and often bring home recipe ideas from around the world. Living in northern Utah, we gather inspiration from our local community, the changing seasons, and our trips abroad. Our kitchen is our favorite place-a spot where we create meals that are practical and easy for dinner time.
