Ingredients

  • cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • cups Cornflakes Cereal

Instructions

  • Add corn syrup, granulated sugar, and salt to a medium-sized saucepan. Continuously stir ingredients over medium-high heat until it starts to bubble.
  • Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and peanut butter. Pour the mixture over the cornflakes and mix together.
  • Scoop the mixture onto wax paper using a 2 or 3-inch cookie scoop. Cool the cookies completely, Serve, and ENJOY!
