Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350℉. Then line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  • Then add melted butter, mashed bananas, and peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving!

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness and a moist, tender loaf.
  • Fold ingredients gently to avoid overmixing, which can make the bread dense.
  • Measure flour carefully by spooning and leveling to maintain the perfect texture.
  • Check doneness with a toothpick in the center. It should come out clean or with just a few crumbs.
