Ingredients

  • 16 oz. mini pasta shells (cooked al dente and cooled)
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 oz. packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 8 strips bacon (cooked and chopped)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.
  • Add mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and ranch seasoning mix in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Add the cooked pasta, peas, green onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Stir until well combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving. Stir before serving.
