- 16 oz. mini pasta shells (cooked al dente and cooled)
- 1½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 oz. packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 8 strips bacon (cooked and chopped)
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.
Add mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and ranch seasoning mix in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Add the cooked pasta, peas, green onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Stir until well combined.
