Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls kept together and not broken apart
  • ½ pound deli ham thinly sliced
  • 20 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half at once (without separating them). Carefully remove the top half and set it aside.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish—layer half of the ham on the bottom half of the rolls.
  • On the ham, layer half the cheese, followed by the remaining ham, and then top with the remaining cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls over everything.
  • In a small bowl, add the butter and melt in the microwave. Then, add Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Brush the tops of the sliders with the melted butter mixture, applying liberally with a basting brush.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Slice before serving, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use thinly sliced ham for easy layering and tender sliders.
  • Keep the rolls connected when slicing to make assembly simpler.
  • Let the sliders rest a few minutes after baking, which helps the cheese set, making them easier to slice and less messy to serve.
