- 12 Hawaiian Rolls kept together and not broken apart
- ½ pound deli ham thinly sliced
- 20 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half at once (without separating them). Carefully remove the top half and set it aside.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish—layer half of the ham on the bottom half of the rolls.
On the ham, layer half the cheese, followed by the remaining ham, and then top with the remaining cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls over everything.
In a small bowl, add the butter and melt in the microwave. Then, add Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Brush the tops of the sliders with the melted butter mixture, applying liberally with a basting brush.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Slice before serving, and enjoy!
- Use thinly sliced ham for easy layering and tender sliders.
- Keep the rolls connected when slicing to make assembly simpler.
- Let the sliders rest a few minutes after baking, which helps the cheese set, making them easier to slice and less messy to serve.
