- 2 (8 ounce) Pillsbury crescent roll dough
- 4 strips bacon chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken condensed soup
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese grated
- 2 cups shredded chicken I used a rotisserie chicken
- 3 green onions sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 375℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Over medium-high heat, cook bacon until done. Then chop and set aside.
Add bacon, cream cheese, chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, shredded chicken, and green onions in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
Roll out the crescent roll and separate it into individual triangles.
Add a large scoop of chicken filling and roll up from the large side to the point. Then, place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Work with cold crescent dough so that it's not too sticky. Roll the triangles carefully, ensuring that all of the filling is inside and won't burn.
- Get creative with your mix-ins! You can add diced bell peppers, jalapenos, or sauteed mushrooms for more flavor and texture.
- Don't overfill them. Use 1-2 tablespoons per crescent roll so it doesn't spill out during baking.
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup and to prevent the rolls from sticking.
- These are best served fresh and hot out of the oven. They also reheat beautifully in a 325°F oven or air fryer for a crisp texture.
