Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup yellow onion diced
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • cup salsa
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 hamburger buns

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until browned, breaking up the ground beef with a spatula.
  • Add onions and cook for 4-5 minutes or until they become soft. Then, drain the excess grease.
  • Then, add taco seasoning, salsa, and shredded cheese. Cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  • Serve in hamburger buns topped with your favorite toppings.
