Roast Beef Sliders

Our Roast Beef Sliders are filling and full of delicious flavor. They’re ready in under 30 minutes and can be enjoyed as a snack, or for lunch or dinner.

Equipment

  • 15 x 10 inch baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Kings Hawaiian Sweet rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sliced roast beef 
  • 2 tablespoons A1 sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half on a baking sheet.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the sliced onions and garlic for 10-15 minutes or until caramelized.
  • Place six slice of cheese on the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls.
  • Add the roast beef and caramelized onions, and pour A1 sauce over everything.
  • Place the remaining cheese on top and top half of the rolls.
  • In a medium bowl, add butter, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and brush over the top of the rolls.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  • Slice before serving and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use any type of roll you prefer. 
  • Leave out the onions if you don’t like them.
  • Get thinly sliced meat so it stacks easily.
  • Let leftovers cool completely before storing them in the refrigerator.
