Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp yeast
  • cups hot water (between 105° and 110° to activate yeast)

Instructions

  • Add flour, salt, yeast, and hot water to a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 3-8 hours at room temperature.
  • Preheat the over to 450° degrees.
  • Form the dough into a ball and place it on parchment paper. Lower the dough and parchment paper into a dutch oven and cover.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, remove the lid and continue to bake for 15 minutes until the top turns golden brown.
