Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cups sour cream
  • 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • ½ medium red bell pepper finely diced
  • 6 green onions diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  • Fold in bacon bits, red bell pepper, green onions, and cheddar cheese. Reserve a small amount of each to garnish for serving.
  • Chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator or until ready to serve. Garnish with reserved toppings before serving and enjoy!

Notes

  • For the smoothest texture, be sure to soften the cream cheese before mixing.
  • Chill the dip for at least an hour to let the flavors blend and the dip firm up.
  • Reserve some bacon, cheese, and veggies to sprinkle on top just before serving for a fresh, colorful finish.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 3 days for the best taste.
