Key Lime Pie Recipe

This key lime pie recipe only uses a total of four ingredients to create its rich texture and bright lime flavor. With just a few minutes of prep and about 20 minutes in the oven, this delicious dessert will be a hit with everyone.

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 cans sweetend condensed milk
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together four egg yolks with a wire whisk.
  • Add one can of sweet and condensed milk at a time. Make sure to blend all ingredients well.
  • Next, add in the lime juice and mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature. Once it is cool to the touch, place it in the refrigerator until cold.
  • Top with whipped cream, serve and enjoy!
