Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish or sheet with parchment paper.
Season both sides of the chicken with black pepper, salt, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove and cover with aluminum foil.
Reduce heat to medium and add bacon pieces. Cook until crispy, drain, and set aside. About 4-5 minutes
Slice Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and add the bottom half to the prepared baking sheet.
Chop cooked chicken and set aside.
Assemble the sliders by coating each half of the Hawaiian rolls with ranch dressing. Then, add four cheese slices, chopped chicken, bacon, green onions, and four more pieces of cheese.
Carefully place the top half of the rolls on top of everything.
In a small bowl, add melted butter, dry ranch seasoning, parsley, and grated parmesan cheese to a small bowl. Mix until combined and brush over the top of the rolls.
Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
