  • In a small bowl, add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and brown sugar. Whisk until well combined.
  • In a large bowl, add cubed butternut squash and coat it in olive oil. Then sprinkle seasoning over the top and toss to coat.
  • Air fry in two batches. First, preheat your air fryer to 400℉. Then place half of the squash in the air fryer in a single layer and fry for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until it is fork tender.
  • Repeat the frying process for the second batch, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Cut the squash into evenly sized cubes so it cooks through at the same rate.
  • Preheat the air fryer for the best results and crispy edges.
  • Cook in batches and avoid overcrowding the basket to prevent steaming.
