– 1 lb ground turkey – ⅓ tsp green bell pepper (seeded and diced) – ½ tsp yellow onion (diced) – 1 tsp garlic Minced – hamburger buns Sauce – 8 oz tomato sauce – ¾ cup Ketchup – 1 tbsp brown sugar – 1½ tbsp yellow mustard – ¼ tsp chili powder – 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp ground black pepper – ½ tsp salt – ½ tsp onion powder – ½ tsp paprika

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground turkey to the skillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until browned, breaking up the ground turkey with a spatula.

Add onions and green peppers and cook for 4-5 minutes or until they become soft.

Add sauce ingredients and simmer uncovered for 6-8 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
